2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item(s). Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will send a replacement or issue a refund upon receipt of the damaged or defective item.

5. Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items: intimates, swimwear, final sale items, and gift cards.
